Real estate, for me, has never just been about homes.

It’s about people, families, and how they want their lives to feel.

I’m David Constant — UConn graduate, dad of three, former teacher, and real estate agent serving the Hartford suburbs and Connecticut River Valley.

My years in education taught me the value of patience, clarity, and guidance without pressure — principles that now define my real estate business. I work with buyers and sellers to simplify the process, reduce uncertainty, and help clients make confident, informed decisions.

I’m also the creator behind @LivingInCentralCT on YouTube, where I share insights on towns, neighborhoods, and what it’s really like to live in this part of Connecticut.
